Scotland's larder is surely one of the finest in the world! We have travelled the lengths and breadths of East Lothian and beyond, scouring the countryside for the best produce and wherever possible we have chosen suppliers close to home. In the process we have formed good, solid relationships with fabulous local businesses, ensuring that our chefs cook with the freshest, tastiest ingredients to produce mouth-watering dishes just for you.

Our head chef, Andy, is a young and vibrant cook who has a passion for good food. His dedicated kitchen team endeavour to deliver jaw droppingly tasty food presented in our unique Waterside way. Like the weather, our menus change with the seasons.

Tues - Friday 12 to 2pm, 6pm to 9pm (last food orders)
Sat - 12 to 3pm 6 to 9.30pm
Sun - 12.30- 4pm to 6-8pm

Winter season - closed on Mondays
